The iNnovative Knowledge Designers Group Ltd. (INKD) is a Bahamian owned company with more than 25 years of experience in architecture and construction. We are a group of designers and builders from various backgrounds that strive to transform the built environment through the use of digital media and the latest technologies. From designer to builder to owner to developer, we do what it takes and care how it’s done. “Outside our scope” is not in our vocabulary.

Our work is diverse and recognized nationally. Our range of projects–from houses, schools, religious buildings, community centers to hotels, university buildings, recreation centers, and historic restorations—are all unique because each project is specific. We are dedicated to advocating for the wants and needs of our clients. It is their stories we want to tell.

iNnovative Knowledge Designers Group will be primarily be referred to as iNKD which is the acronym of its name. The use of the acronym conjures up an image of “ink” in one’s mind which is the common denominator used throughout all print and digital media.

This has led to the mission statement of the company to be “don’t just blend in; leave your mark on the world”.

This statement encapsulates everything that the company stands for. It speaks to the fact that each design produced is uniquely done with the client’s vision in mind, with the purpose of leaving a lasting impression in its viewers mind.

The company was formed in 2014 by Tatreka Pinder with its primary service being Architectural 3D Visualizations to a small number of clienteles. Over the years the company and its founder has gained notable recognition throughout the industry and secured the professional qualifications needed to expand the business.

Armed with a professional architectural license and over ten years of experience in graphic design, architectural visualizations and audio and video production, we believe that iNKD is primed to leave its mark on the national and international market.
